Dexter B. Dafney, DDS
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dafney likes to stay active by longboarding and skateboarding, hiking, going on nature walks, and partaking in photography, short films, sketching, and drawing. He is also involved in community outreach programs. During his time in dental school, he received the community leadership award from the Department of Public Health Sciences for contributions to outreach activities.
Experience
Dr. Dafney also has a biomedical sciences certificate from the University of Texas in Dallas. To further his dental education, he has completed continuing education and certifications in diode laser, Sterngold mini implants, implant continuums for single implants and their restoration, implant overdentures, Invisalign treatment, and Hiossen-guided implant surgery.
Dr. Dafney is an active member of the Texas Dental Association, the East Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
